We enjoyed exclusive bathroom!!
Tbh, had a perfectly pleasant stay in a lovely town with so much to see. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, adjacent to town centre as well as central area. In our single room there was an absolutely superb view of mountain. It was airy and bed was great.

Fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, inviting warm hosts providing excellent service, fine views from the breakfast room
Inadequate heating in rooms during colder nights!!! Stairs and accessibility issues can be challenging for elderly guests!!! Light issues in outdoor areas raise safety concerns when returning at night!!!

The breakfast was a culinary delight, with Cor's bacon sandwich standing out as a must-try! The snug room was like home, offering heaps of comfort and cleanliness for a perfect stay.
With my troublesome left knee, the stairs were a bit tricky, but the charming atmosphere and superb service made it worthwhile.

The made-to-order breakfasts are genuinely a standout. Cor's cooking, especially the hot options, never failed to delight us. Our room was immaculate with a fine view over the valley. The comfortable beds. While walking into town took just a few minutes, be mindful of the steps from the parking area, as they could pose a challenge for some. An extra mirror in the bathroom could enhance convenience, especially for those sharing. Communication was efficient, though receiving numerous emails felt a bit much at times. A lovely place for exploring Pitlochry.

Immaculate cleanliness and excellent service made me feel welcome.
My family struggled with one shower lacking decent water pressure, quite frustrating. Plus, the stairs to the rooms are a challenge, especially for an elderly family member. It was disappointing that our late arrival caused confusion at check-in, and we couldn't reach the host when needed.

The private patio was a nice bonus, perfect for enjoying the garden. Breakfast was a highlight, not to mention the homemade bacon sandwiches. Really enjoyed my stay here!

We had a really nice stay in a lovely town with so much to see. Our standard twin room was airy and spotless with a river view. The B&B was in a magnificent location very close to the center, and on a hill above the main street.
